		<description>The best bike for any cycling exercise is a real bike.  Stationary bikes are so boring most people give it up after a few days or weeks.  The Schwinn 140 goes for around $350, for that amount you can get a nice shop quality comfort bike to ride out doors and you will find yourself riding much longer then any stationary bike for any amount of money. When the weather gets bad and it rains for days or over the winter months you can put the bike on a trainer and use it as a stationary bike.

If you need a stationary bike check the local ebay or craig&#039;s list for a used one, people buy those things all the time and never use them. You need an exercise that you enjoy.  The most important thing with weight loss in food in take.</description>

		<description>Exercise regularly. This doesn&#039;t have to be the gym, this could be cycling to work, taking the stairs instead of the lift, being on your feet all day as opposed to sat down. A cannot stress this point enough. A good friend on mine used to cycle to work everyday and be on his feet all day long, he ate crap all the time yet had a magnificent 6 pack with no gym and no diet.</description>

How many calories will this burn? About 100 I recon. You&#039;ll shave a few hundred grams of fat per week. Pointless idea. If you&#039;re 20 kg over weight that&#039;s 100 weeks to get down to weight if you do it 7 days a week.</description>
