By eating less food, you are taking the load off of your liver and you are not giving the bacteria/yeast too much to feed off of. I could feel my tolerance level decrease as I eat more. I feel weaker and get so tired with headache, dizziness, and mood swings. In our bodies, our livers are working overtime to clean our bloodstream. It cannot possibly handle a lot of food. It will just be overwhelmed and all the toxins will go right into your blood instead of being filtered by the liver. Another theory is the more crappy foods you eat, the more the bacteria consume. The bacteria then “supposedly” takes away all of our nutrition from that food and all that we are left with is their toxins.
So, when you eat something bad like corn chips and you love the way it tastes, it is like a high for your brain, right? But, then, about 10 minutes later you feel worse than you did before you consumed it. This is either the liver being overwhelmed, or the toxins from the bacteria being released into our bloodstream. The more the bacteria eats, the more toxins released into our blood and the crappier we feel.
I can now eat a lot of sweet and carbs without that overwhelming terrible feeling because I barely consume them anyway. Back then, when I consumed them on a daily basis, it was terrible. Just eating a piece of candy would do it. So, I think it is all a matter of tolerance on our bodies.
