Schwinn 202 Recumbent Bike?

I’ve had a Schwinn 202 Recumbent Bike less than one year, used about a dozen times. The resistance is now not working. The gauge on the computer screen appears normal, showing the resistance going up and down but there is no actual change in resistance. It seems stuck on about a level 3. Is there something simple I could check myself or fix?

    It has a 1 year warranty on it, call them before it runs out. They may know of the cause.

    The bike has a manual resistance control, try that and see if it works. Check you upper and lower presets.
